User Support

We have been providing end user support for many years and have developed a number of services based on the requirements of our clients. Some of these include:

7x24 Help Desk

We can help you ensure those staff members that have non-standard business hours are supported whenever they need help. Our 7x24 Helpdesk service will provide you with peace of mind and the security of knowing your people can get help whenever they are working.

Onsite Support

Do you need next business day support, 4 hour support, 2 hour support? Do you need someone onsite 1, 2, 3 days per week? We can tailor an onsite support program to meet your specific needs and make sure your people get the help they need to be able to do their jobs.

MAC  support

At CG Technologies Corp. we make sure we can meet all the needs of our clients. To that end, if you need support for PCs we can provide it; if you need support for Macs we can provide that too. Our specialty is supporting our clients, not tying ourselves to specific platforms.

Break-fix Services

Some clients need help from time to time but don’t want to commit to Prepaying for services or to a contractual proactive services. For those clients we provide legacy break-fix services. You can be comfortable knowing that we’re there on an on-call basis when you need us.
